This non-commercial site is a guide to the debates on various important issues currently taking place on the web, with a special emphasis on websites which express minority viewpoints. Subjects covered include political dissent, protection of the natural environment, minority rights, government and corporate corruption, religious dissent, and personal freedom.

Catholic Charities Brooklyn and Queens has been changing lives and building communities as it serves our neighbors in need with mercy and compassion through Catholic social services for more than 110 years. Our nearly 180 programs provide affordable housing, nutritious meals, recreation for seniors and the developmentally disabled, and other Catholic community services.
